I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, including some lovely Moroccan exfoliating soap in the bathrooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and professional. The location was perfect, right in the center of the medina, allowing us to explore all of Marrakesh easily. The dining experience was a bit limited and expensive, but the facilities were great overall.
